An operational intelligence dashboard for Matna Foods' agro-processing operations, tracking cassava inflow, starch output, inventory balances and supplier deliveries in one place.
The problem
Production decisions in many processing plants are made on paper records and end-of-week estimates. Yield, downtime and stock levels are only visible after the fact, if at all.
Solution & implementation
Floor operators log production data in a simple entry screen; inventory updates automatically from deliveries and consumption through an append-only stock ledger; management sees yield, downtime and stock cover against configured targets, with prioritised alerts and exportable reports.
