BizReply AI is a SaaS platform that lets small businesses automate WhatsApp conversations: answer common questions instantly, capture orders, manage a product catalogue and follow every chat from a live dashboard.
The problem
For many Nigerian SMEs, WhatsApp is the shop front, but owners answer the same questions all day, miss messages after hours and lose orders in long chat threads.
Solution & implementation
Messages arrive through the WhatsApp Cloud API into a real-time inbox. Keyword FAQs reply instantly; when no FAQ matches, an optional AI layer drafts a contextual reply. A conversational ordering flow captures product, pickup or delivery and address, and customers are notified as order status changes.
