Overview
ProveTrack is a monitoring and evaluation platform that helps ministries, donor-funded programmes and public works teams track infrastructure projects, verify on-site progress with geo-tagged evidence, and tie every payment to verified delivery.
The problem
Infrastructure monitoring often relies on contractor self-reporting. Progress is hard to verify, evidence is scattered, citizen complaints go nowhere, and funds can be released for work that was never done.
Solution & implementation
A rules-driven workflow replaces self-reporting: funds stay locked until field evidence is captured in-app with GPS and geo-fence checks, reviewed against a QA checklist and approved. The rule is simple: no verified milestone, no QA approval, no disbursement.
Key capabilities
- Project registry for contractors, budgets, timelines and milestones
- Milestone engine with evidence requirements and dependency rules
- Live field evidence capture with GPS, geo-fence validation and offline queuing
- QA review with approve, reject and flag actions and full audit history
- Deterministic funding gates that unlock tranches only when every rule passes
- Analytics for physical vs financial progress, burn variance, delays and risk
- Anonymous citizen reporting from Android or the web, with a tracking code
- Portfolio map by project health and fingerprinted (SHA-256) PDF reports
